Privately owned and self-funded, Jonathan and Nathan manage every task from A to Z. Regardless of the size of the project, they pay the utmost attention to detail and quality. Jonathan and Nathan believe that the physics behind a design is essential and that one cannot exist without the other. In just 10 years, they have a created an extraordinary portfolio of over 50+ homes and workspaces. Whether they are building a custom residence or renovating an existing home, their main focus is in producing the perfect craftsmanship they are known for.

About Jonathan
Jonathan Lavi is the co-founder of LA Development. He entered the real estate industry at the young age of 19, starting as a leasing and sales agent representing some of Manhattan’s most prestigious developers, including Toll Brothers, the Moinian Group and Atlantic Development Group. After several years learning the transactional, brokerage and managerial side of the business, Jonathan decided to take the next step and to learn construction and development. This led to a project management position with an accomplished NYC general contractor where he was responsible for the gut renovation of a 400-unit high end residential building in Manhattan’s Nomad.
Shortly after the completion of his first construction project, Jonathan returned to his Long Island roots where he continues to pursue his true passion of constructing and developing high-end, new, single-family homes in the Gold Coast’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
Jonathan is a licensed real estate broker, custom home builder and real estate developer. He earned his undergraduate degree from Baruch College with a double major in business economics and philosophy. Jonathan is a proud husband and father of three precious children, Ava, Olivia and Dylan along with their mini Goldendoodle, Theodore.
About Nathan
At the young age of 18 years old, Nathan Abrishamian dove into the real estate industry, following in his father’s footsteps. Growing up, Nathan always admired his father’s work ethic and his eye for tasteful architecture. He knew that this was his true passion, which is how he co-founded LA Development. He considers himself very fortunate to have years of shadowing his father and learning the true meaning of custom building a home. Building dream homes is more than a business for Nathan – it is a calling for him, an innate desire to transform a simple rendering into a multi-million dollar property.
He is committed to quality construction along with a high degree of client service and integrity. This is how he has earned the title of the contractor of choice for both residential and commercial properties. This is just the beginning of a great journey for Nathan.
